That is the idea behind Damsona.

The name

Damsona — from the damson plum. A fruit that rewards patience. Intense, complex, deeply flavoured. Made into jam, sloe gin, crumble, preserve. It keeps. It lasts. It turns something plain into something extraordinary.

We liked the metaphor. We kept it.
