We want every order to arrive exactly as expected. If something isn't right, we'll sort it — quickly and without fuss.
1. Your Right to Cancel (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013)
As a UK consumer, you have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason, without needing to give one. This right is protected under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.
To exercise your right to cancel, contact us at hello@damsona.com within 14 days of delivery. Once you've notified us, you have a further 14 days to return the item.
2. Our Extended Returns Window
Beyond your statutory rights, we accept returns for 30 days from the date of delivery. Items must be:
- Unused and in the same condition as received
- In their original packaging with all tags attached
- Accompanied by your order number or proof of purchase
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives and contact us promptly if anything is wrong.
3. How to Start a Return
Email hello@damsona.com with your order number to begin your return. We'll reply within one working day with a returns label and instructions. Returns sent without prior authorisation may not be accepted.

5. Return Shipping Costs
UK returns: We offer free returns within 30 days of delivery. We will send you a prepaid returns label.
International returns: Return postage is the responsibility of the buyer, except where the item arrived damaged or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked service — we cannot accept liability for items lost in transit during return.
If your item arrived damaged or we sent the wrong product, we will arrange a prepaid return label or replacement at no cost to you.
6. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@damsona.com with a photo of the issue. We'll arrange an immediate replacement or full refund — you will not need to return the item in most cases.
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund if goods are not of satisfactory quality, not fit for purpose, or not as described.
7. Non-Returnable Items
The following cannot be returned unless faulty or not as described:
- Personalised or custom-made items
- Perishable goods
- Digital downloads or software (once accessed)
8. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be applied to your original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the returned item. Refunds may take a further few business days to appear depending on your bank or card issuer.
9. Order Cancellations
You may cancel your order at any time before dispatch. Email hello@damsona.com with your order number as soon as possible. Once dispatched, please follow the returns process above.
10. Your Statutory Rights
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under UK law, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.
