Shipping policy

We take care with every order — because a gift that arrives late or damaged isn't the experience we want for you or the people you're giving to.

1. Where We Ship

We ship to the UK and internationally — including Europe, the United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, Japan, and many more destinations. All orders include free shipping, with no minimum spend required.

2. Processing Times

Orders are processed within 1–3 working days before dispatch. Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays.

3. UK Delivery

  • Standard delivery: 5-15 working days after dispatch
  • Cost: Free on every order

You'll receive a dispatch confirmation with your tracking information as soon as your order is on its way.

4. International Delivery

  • Europe: 5–15 working days
  • USA, Canada, Australia: 7–14 working days
  • Rest of world: 10–21 working days

Delivery times are estimates from the date of dispatch and may vary depending on destination and local customs processing.

5. Import Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to import duties, VAT, or customs charges levied by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not collected by Damsona. We recommend checking with your local customs authority if you're unsure what may apply.

6. Tracking Your Order

Once dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. Some items ship from international fulfilment centres and may show limited tracking updates during transit — this is normal and will update once your parcel reaches a local carrier hub. If you have concerns, email us and we'll look into it directly.

7. Address Changes

Email hello@damsona.com within 24 hours of placing your order if you need to change your delivery address. We cannot amend an address once an order has been dispatched. If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect address provided at checkout, any reshipping costs are the buyer's responsibility.

8. Delayed or Missing Orders

If your order is significantly overdue, please contact us at hello@damsona.com and we'll investigate with our fulfilment partners. Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, if we are unable to deliver within the agreed timeframe, you have the right to cancel your order for a full refund.

9. Damaged on Arrival

If your order arrives visibly damaged, photograph it immediately and contact us at hello@damsona.com. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund promptly.
