Ordering
Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes — contact us at hello@damsona.com as soon as possible with your order number. We process orders quickly, so we can’t guarantee changes once dispatch has begun — but we will always do our best. You also have the legal right to cancel within 14 days of receiving your order under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
Do I need an account to order?
No — you can checkout as a guest. Creating an account simply makes it easier to track your orders and save your details for next time.
Can I include a gift message?
Yes. You can add a personal note at checkout — it’s included free of charge and will be printed on a card with your order.
Is there a minimum order value?
No. You can order as little or as much as you like, with free shipping on every order.
Delivery
How much does delivery cost?
Nothing. Delivery is free on every order, everywhere in the world. No minimum spend, no exceptions.
How long will my order take?
UK orders typically arrive within 3–5 working days of dispatch. European orders take 5–10 working days, and international orders take 7–14 working days. All orders are processed within 1–3 working days before dispatch.
Will I receive tracking information?
Yes — you’ll receive a tracking number by email once your order has been dispatched. Some orders may show limited tracking updates during international transit; this is normal and will resolve once the parcel reaches your local carrier.
Do you ship outside the UK?
Yes. We ship to Europe, the US, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, Japan, and many more countries. All international orders include free shipping.
Will I have to pay import duties?
For UK orders, no additional charges apply. For international orders, import duties or local taxes may apply depending on the destination country — these are the responsibility of the recipient. We recommend checking with your local customs authority if you’re unsure.
Returns & Refunds
What is your returns policy?
We offer free UK returns within 30 days of delivery. If something isn’t right, we’ll make it right. You also have the legal right to cancel within 14 days of receiving your order, regardless of reason. Email hello@damsona.com with your order number to start a return. How long do refunds take?
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund within 14 days to your original payment method. It may take a further few business days to appear depending on your bank.
My item arrived damaged — what do I do?
Please photograph the damage and email us at hello@damsona.com within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll arrange a replacement or full refund straight away — you won’t need to return the item in most cases.
Products
Are your products ethically sourced?
We work with suppliers who share our values around quality and responsible production. If you have a specific question about a product, please get in touch and we’ll find out for you.
Is gift packaging included?
Many of our products arrive in gift-ready packaging. If you’d like to confirm packaging for a specific item before ordering, email us and we’ll let you know.
Your Rights
What are my legal rights as a UK customer?
As a UK consumer, your rights are protected under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. These include the right to goods that are of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, and as described — and the right to cancel within 14 days of receipt. Nothing in our policies affects these rights.
