Please read these Terms carefully before using our store. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, govern your use of damsona.com and any purchases made through it. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by them.

2. Our Products
Product images are for illustrative purposes only. Colours and details may vary slightly from what is shown on screen. All products are subject to availability — if an item becomes unavailable after you've ordered, we will notify you by email and issue a full refund.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to purchase from damsona.com. Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes your statutory rights as a UK consumer.
4. How a Contract Is Formed
A binding contract is formed only when we send you a dispatch confirmation. An order confirmation email acknowledges receipt of your order but does not constitute acceptance. We reserve the right to decline any order at our discretion. If we cannot accept your order, we will notify you promptly and issue a full refund.
5. Pricing & Payment
All prices are shown in GBP and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to update prices at any time, but prices at the time of your order will always be honoured. We accept the payment methods shown at checkout.
6. Delivery
We offer free delivery on all orders, UK and international. Delivery timescales are estimates and not guaranteed. We will deliver your order within 30 days unless otherwise agreed. If we cannot deliver within that period, you have the right to cancel your order for a full refund under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.
7. Your Right to Cancel
Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. Please see our Refund Policy for full details on how to exercise this right.
8. Consumer Rights Act 2015
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, and as described. If they are not, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund. These rights are in addition to our own returns policy and cannot be excluded or limited.
9. Returns & Refunds
Please see our Refund Policy for full details. Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 are not affected by any provision of these Terms.
10. Intellectual Property
All content on damsona.com — including text, images, logos, and brand assets — is owned by Ripple Ventures Ltd or its licensors. You may not reproduce or use it without our written permission.
11. Our Liability
We are responsible for loss or damage that is a foreseeable result of our breach of these Terms or our negligence. We are not liable for any loss that was not foreseeable at the time you placed your order. Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
12. Events Outside Our Control
We are not liable for failure to perform our obligations due to events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, strikes, severe weather, or failure of third-party services. We will notify you promptly and, where possible, arrange an alternative delivery date.
13. Order Cancellation by Us
We reserve the right to cancel any accepted order before delivery — for example, due to a pricing error, stock issue, or circumstances outside our control. You will be notified by email and refunded in full within 14 days.
14. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to revise these Terms at any time. The Terms in force at the time you place your order apply to that order. Any revisions will be reflected by updating the date at the top of this page.
15. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. This does not affect your rights as a consumer under applicable local law.
16. Complaints & Dispute Resolution
If you are unhappy with any aspect of your order or our service, please contact us at hello@damsona.com. We take all complaints seriously and will respond within one working day. You also have the right to refer a dispute to the UK's Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
